Why Tax Resolve Group

Rooted in experience. Built for the IRS.

Tax Resolve Group did not start from scratch. It grew from the tax and accounting work of Woodson Accounting & Financial Services and Biz Tax Experts, and it is led by an Enrolled Agent with unlimited rights to represent you before the IRS.

Our roots

A resolution firm with deep roots.

Before there was Tax Resolve Group, there was the everyday work of Woodson Accounting & Financial Services and Biz Tax Experts: tax returns, accounting, and advice for families and business owners.

Tax Resolve Group gives IRS and state tax problems a dedicated home, with the same leadership and the same standards behind it. When your case needs a return prepared or your books put in order, the support is already in the family.

A tax problem is rarely only a tax problem. It helps when the people solving it also know returns, books, and business.

A note from the founder

Why this firm exists.

In her own words, from the desk where every case is reviewed.

To everyone holding a letter from the IRS,

When one of those envelopes arrives, most people feel alone with it. They do not know what it means, who to call, or who to trust. I started Tax Resolve Group so that you have a clear answer to all three.

Here, your case is reviewed before anything is promised. The plan is written before anything is filed. And you always know who is working on it. That is how we have always worked with our tax and accounting clients, and it is how we will work with you.
